1. Increase overall membership in State chapter by 10% by 1/2009.

2. Gain one new Chapter or reactivate one dormant chapter by 1/31/09

3. Train Board Members on one State training module by 7/08 Board Meeting (completed at the 7/08 State Board Meeting)
